At FOOTY LOYALTY™, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about shipping and delivery.
Order Processing
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed. During this time, your order will be confirmed, prepared, packaged and made ready for dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.
Shipping & Delivery Times
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed arrival dates. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier networks, customs processing and other circumstances beyond our control.
Where Do We Ship From?
We're proud to be an Australian-focused brand, created to celebrate the passion and loyalty of AFL supporters.
As we're currently in our initial launch phase, our books are manufactured and shipped directly from our production partners in China. Once they arrive in Australia, they're handed over to local delivery partners for final delivery.
Our goal is to bring production and fulfilment closer to home!
As FOOTY LOYALTY™ grows, we plan to manufacture and stock our products in an Australian warehouse, allowing us to offer significantly faster delivery times.
We genuinely appreciate your patience and support as we work towards making this happen.
Important Shipping Information
– Customs & International Shipping: As orders are currently dispatched internationally, occasional customs processing delays may occur.
– Peak Shopping Periods: During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday and major sales events, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.
– Courier Delays: Once your order has been handed over to our delivery partners, unexpected delays may occur due to weather, operational disruptions or other circumstances outside our control.
– Delivery Estimates: We do not currently provide guaranteed delivery dates at checkout. All delivery timeframes are estimates.
Tracking Your Order
Every order includes tracking, allowing you to follow your package from dispatch through to delivery.
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow a little time for tracking updates to appear after receiving your confirmation.
